Image info doesn't fill up dialog when open from context menu — at Initial Version

Description
- Open the 'replace by class' sample page in IE6, load the editor with following content and selection:
<p>[<img src="http://dev.fckeditor.net/chrome/site/logos.gif" />]</p>
- Right click to open context menu and select 'Image';
- Actual Result: The 'Url' field is empty in opened dialog.
