[FF2] Combobox not focusable

Description

Combobox aren't focusable in Firefox2.

Reproduce

Focus editing area.
Press ALT+F10 to focus toolbar.
Keep pressing SHIFT+TAB to reach combobox.

Result: Focus jumps back to editing area. Expected: Focus should be on the combo box.
