CKEditor leaving tags when removing flash objects

Steps to reproduce

• paste the following in source mode:

• switch to wysiwyg mode
• press "Delete" button
• result:

• expected result: the whole object should be removed (it was working in CKEditor 3.0 RC)

This is a regression bug introduced in [3779].
