Unable to delete horizontal line by BackSpace key

To Reproduce

Open CKEditor sample page with FF3.5
Insert HR at the very beginning
Press 'BackSpace' key, HR is not deleted
Press 'BackSpace' again, caret is moved to the end of text

This is still an issue in latest FF 60. It is possible to delete HR bt you need 3 backspace key press to do that.
