[IE] Scrolling problem with tables

- Open the CKEditor.
- Click on Table Icon.
- On the Table Properties Light Box ,enter 100 rows and 10 columns
- Click OK.
- Enter the text in the last cell of the first row.
- Keep the cursor in the last cell of the first row.
- Use the browser's scrollbar down arrow button to scroll the page down. When scrolling tap the button for line by line scrolling. Do not press and hold.
Result: After pressing the browser's scrollbar down arrow button the page does not scroll below the cell with the cursor.

The expectation is that the page should be able to scroll. This might be an IE issue.

WFM now on trunk. Much probably fixed at #5280.

I don't understand, what's your expected result?
