I opened a ticket #507 for this. The following resolution will help only if the
Helvetica font is already loaded in the FCK editor. It seems that Helvetica font is not loaded. Altering the fckconfig.js file to include the Helvetica font did not help since there was no difference between Arial and Helvetica when I did that.
#507: Helvetica font is needed since our mainframe applications use it 99%.

Again, this is invalid.
If you can't see the difference between choosing Arial or Helvetica it might be because your computer doesn't have Helvetica installed.
