Safari: enter key inside forms create further forms.

Description

By pressing the enter key inside a form, new forms are created.

Just place an empty form in the editor and then press enter inside it.

It seams difficult to reproduce this problem after the Enter Key Handler has been introduced. So, let's hold on this one for a while.
