IE we can't start Numbered/Bulleted list on a Empty page.

Description
To reproduce the defect:
- Open Ajax sample.
- Click on Numbered/Bulleted list icon.
Expected Result:
Numbered/Bulleted list starts with am empty string.
Actual Result:
we are getting an Error and i have attached screen shot of the error

WFM in Chrome, Safari, FF3, IE8. Which browser failed for you ? Is it also reproducable on our demo page ?
I have tried on the nightly build.(http://nightly.ckeditor.com/demo).I have tested in IE 6,7 & 8 and i could reproduce in all versions of IE.
In my ticket summary i mentioned that it's only happening in IE.

Ok... confirmed with IE8.
The details is that you must NOT click in the editor before clicking the list button.
