Problems with UseBROnCarriageReturn and lists

Description
When FCKConfig.UseBROnCarriageReturn is set to TRUE (which inserts a <BR> tag instead of a <P> after hitting <ENTER>) the are problems with lists. Try to write e.g. 3 lines of text (hitting <ENTER> to go to next line) and then click ordered list button. What happens is that the entire text (all 3 lines) becomes a list instead of the current line.
Tested on IE 6, Win XP, SP1.
