[IE9] Right-aligned table pasted from Word problem

Description

  1. Copy the entire contents in the attached .doc file.
  2. Paste into an empty editor with Ctrl-V.
    • Actual Result: The table results in left-aligned in document.

Works for me (IE9, Win7 64, MS Office Professional Plus 2010)
