toggle list outdents existing li instead of toggling list

Description
IE6/current only: If you have a ul li and indent it to some deeper level, clicking on the list button again doesn't make it normal text again, but outdents the list level until it has reached first level, then it disables the li and make normal text out of it.
With firefox it does make it normal text immediately when you click on the list button.
