Safari: Cursor stays in editing area after opening a dialog

Description

Not sure if it has somehting to do with #5156, because it started happening in 3.3. Confimed in Safari 5.0.4 @ Mac.

Steps to reproduce

Open Link dialog
URL field gets focus
Press the "Esc" key to close the dialog
Click "Link" button again
Result: URL field is not active, cursor is still blinking in the editing area.

I haven't been able to reproduce this issue in CKEditor 4.x on Mac or Windows anymore.
