Right Click when in full screen not working

Description
When opening the editor in full screen the right click context menu us not opening, after figuring it out and swithcing to normal mode(not full screen) i found the contenxt menu opened somewhere on top of the document outside of the editing area. Tested in IE8,IE9,Chrome. in FF it works good.

Confirmed since 3.4.3, also for Opera
- Open Language sample
- set langauage to arabic
- set Editor to Fullscreen mode
- press Right Mouse Button in any place in edit area
Result
Context menu is opened somewhere at the bottom (screen attached)
Edit: Applies also to dropdown lists
