Safari & Chrome : On V2 Skin when we Zoom in/Zoom out drop down lists getting distorted

Description
To reproduce the defect:
Open Skins sample and press Ctrl + or Ctrl _ 4 to 5 times to Zoom in or Zoom Out
Issue: Box containing the Arrows next to each of drop down lists getting bigger than the size of drop down lists.
I have attached screen shots of the issue.

V3's skins are not supported any more. Issue is not reproducible on Moono.
