BIDI: Safari: Dialog drop down list items are left aligned in RTL languages

Description
Steps to reproduce the defect:
- Open the languages sample in Safari.
- Open the Flash dialog.
- Click on the properties tab.
- Click on any of the drop down lists.
Result: You can see that the items in the drop down lists are left aligned (see screenshot). The drop down list items should be right aligned.
