Hello,
We used the CKEditor on our Ticket System/Help Desk. When a user types in the control and then clicks the spell check button they get a security warning in IE9. The sacyt doesn't work until you accept the warning. I am assuming it is something to do with our SSL being on the page where the control lies. This is only specifically related to spell check and when you click on the spell check the popup screen is blank. I think we're running our site in compatibility mode in IE9 so try with and without.
1.) Type some text in the text field area and then click spell check. 2.) OR try using the sacyt enabled by default and see if the auto spell check displays.
The issue I've encountered isn't anything to do with uploading images.

Nevermind I just tested it today. Now it works fine, maybe something on the spell checker web site side I guess. Now, it works today.

I have tried your test case the first time I have tested this issue, just didn't write about it as it was to obvious and nothing wrong was there. So I have focused on “more complex” (images) approach.
Since both of us see no errors, I’m closing the ticket.
I assume that you are using CKEditor with E.g. images that have URLs starting with http://.
I have tired to insert such image or load the editor with such image and than enable sacyt. I did not have any problems with it in IE9.
Could you describe the problem in more detail (perhaps a step by step scenario with a sample HTML file) so that we find out exactly what the problem is?
