BBCode support

Description
An option to return text processed with FCKEditor encompassed in BBCode tags instead of plain HTML tags. BBCode is used in many famous Bulletin Board systems like phpBB and VBulletin. That code is very similar to HTML, e.g. bold text is represented by the tags [b] and b, but it has a much smaller set of tags.
If by some option we could make FCKEditor use BBCode tags instead of HTML tags in the resulting text, it could greatly improve integration of FCKEditor with many forums.

The editor already offers a sample plugin for BBCode support. Further finding over this must be handled in other tickets.
I would really appreciate this too. The only reason I don't use FCKeditor at the moment is that it doesn't output BBCode. And I really really need this.
