How to resize the table cell using curser in editor.
I think that this feature request should sound: Please provide a way to resize height of column/row with a mouse cursor

There is not enough details to reproduce this issue. If it is about resizing single cell then it is a feature request and such feather does not make sense in HTML.

There is no option to resize a single table cell (and it wouldn't make sense in my opinion). Resizing cells in CKEditor can/should be done by resizing columns and rows.
From CKeditor 3.6 there is a tableresize plug-in that allows to change the width of columns/rows.
Currently there is no option to resize column/row height.
I think that this feature request should sound: Please provide a way to resize height of column/row with a mouse cursor
