merged add/edit link with delete link

Description
It is nice to have less buttons on the UI.
Thus the add/edit link button's functionality could be merged with the delete link button.

I don't think that it would be such a good idea. If we would merge those two buttons than a user would have to access the add/edit dialog and delete the link there. It would be less intuitive.
