[Safari, Chrome] Copying and pasting last table row does not work

Description
To reproduce the defect:
- Insert a table with default values and enter c & d as the values for the cells in the last row.
- Keep cursor in last table cell & select the row by clicking on tr tag in elements path bar.
- See that last row is selected. Use Ctrl+C to copy the row
- Move the cursor to a different table row and use Ctrl+V to paste the content.
Issue: Table row data is pasted as text into a single cell

This issue is no longer reproducible, as row gets pasted as a table with a single row.

I've been able to reproduce this issue in Webkit and Opera browsers from CKEditor 3.0.
