IE - Unable to delete first line in editor when table is next element

Description

Go to CKE demo. Ctrl-A. Ctrl-X. Press Enter key. Insert table.

Now try to remove the line above the table. You are unable to. Is this working as designed? That is, is the behavior there to compensate for table behavior in IE? Or is this a valid defect?

This issue has been raised by our customers.
