Important: we decided not to transfer all the tickets to GitHub, as many of them are not reproducible anymore or simply no longer requested by the community.
If the issue you are interested in, can be still reproduced in the latest version of CKEditor, feel free to report it again on GitHub.

disableObjectResizing shows resize frame with IE9

Description

disableObjectResizing configuration parameter enabled, Internet Explorer 9 is still showing the "resize frame" and the "resize cursor icon" after selecting an image (click on the image).

This differs from IE8 and Firefox where no such resize frame appears.

The image cannot be resized in any case, however the behavior is confusing.

This is browser feature. There is nothing CKEditor can do here.
