Important: we decided not to transfer all the tickets to GitHub, as many of them are not reproducible anymore or simply no longer requested by the community.

Description

With IE9/8+Compat:

Load replacebyclass.
Insert a smiley.
Somewhere in the text.
Click the image to select it. (BUG: Doesn't work always. It works by trying it many times)
Once able to select the image, try to resize it. (BUG)

Works well with CKEditor 3.6.2.
