IE: Context menu doesn't show on second click

Description

Load replacebyclass.
Double-click on "are" to select it.
Right click on the selection to open the context menu.
Right click on "some". (BUG: the context menu will not appear - be sure to have something to paste, so at least that option should appear).
Repeat 2 and 3.
ESC to close the menu. (BUG: the selection moves to the previous place)

Confirmed with CKEditor 3.6. Works well with CKEditor 3.5.4.

I'm reporting these two issues together because I suspect they're very related.

I was only able to reproduce this ticket in IE8 from CKEditor 3.6
