CkEditor is opening slow / CKEditor is loading slow

Hi,
The CKEditor is loading slow. On 256KBPS connectivity it takes more than 8 sec to load. Is there a way to improve the performance of this load. It should load less than 1 sec.
Repro steps
- Access http://www.annualproject.com
- Click Create Project

I have tried your stpes but no editor was loaded.
Yes the editor shouldn't load in 8 sec and if you look at other examples over the net of our editor you will notice that it loads faster.
IMHO there is a problem with how you have implemented CKEditor and not editor itself.
Perhaps editor was set to use source and not minified version?
Is is possible to recreate this problem out side of your application?
