Takes a very long time to paste large amount of text into the editor

Description
Steps to reproduce:
- Create a text file of size 10 MB.
- Copy the text from the file and paste it inside the CK Editor.
Actual Result: It takes around 8 mins to paste the text inside the editor

I doubt we'll ever be able to handle 10MB of pasted data in a reasonable amount of time, considering that the editor is a widget web application using the browser infrastructure to run.
