  1. In which browser and version of CKEditor are you having this problem?
  2. Have you done any customization to the editor
  3. Any chance for a screen cast showing the problem. I could not reproduce it. Perhaps I have done something wrong.
  4. What config options have you set in CKEditor - perhaps it has something to do with this issue

  • Component changed from General to Core : Lists
  • Status changed from pending to confirmed
  • Version set to 3.6

This particular TC has been reproducible in all versions of IE from CKEditor 3.6 rev. [6904].

This description from your docx helped me to reproduce it. Thank you.

I see that empty clipboard matters as I was not able to reproduce it other way.
