[IE9, Inline] Toolbar is lost when clicking fast after a dialog is closed.

Description
- Visit http://ckeditor4.t/ckeditor/samples/inlineall.html
- Select some text.
- Click link from the toolbar. Fill the form.
- Move the dialog so it floats over the editable.
- Click OK, and, when the dialog disappears, click the editable again. You got to be fast.
- Toolbar is gone. You must re-enter the editable to see it again.

I'm still unable to reproduce it on both nightly and locally, following Olek's screencast.

I was still able to reproduce it in IE9 following steps presented in screencast.
- Open inline all
- Double click on link
- Click ok in dialog and then on editable area.
@garry.yao are you using IE9 with default settings?
