Description
It would be great to have the possibility to create full toolbarsets at runtime.
Following the forums I see this need more and more often. It also gives the users the ability to customize the editor without server access (Greasemonkey, http://www.greasespot.net/).
In combination with <EditorInstance>.ToolbarSet.Load( '<ToolbarName>' ) this would -I believe- be a strong feature.
