Good move for me, tutorials in Markdown can feed later Github wiki pages as well.

I've pushed t/9388b based on master, because it's completely unrelated to t/9338.
I'm a really big fan of porting our tutorials from wiki to JSDuck and that's one of the most important reasons why I chose JSDuck. However, much probably we won't have enough time to do this before v4 and making this partially now doesn't make much sense. So we've got a nice example how guides will look like on JSDuck, but I'm for postponing this issue after v4.

Based on the work done earlier, I have just pushed t/9388c.
The Skin SDK is already ported from docs.cksource.com. I've then started the Developer's Guide.
We should be able to masterise it as soon as we have the basics of the Developer's Guide ready.

The documentation has been moved to a new repository:
https://github.com/ckeditor/ckeditor-docs
The t/9388c has been deleted and the scope of this ticket reached its end.
Created branch t/9388, which is based on #9338 (t/9338) with a simple showcase of JSDuck guide pages.
Requires latest JSDuck 4.1.1.
