Description (last modified by )
We all got used to have the "Maximize" button in the top-right corner (at least Windows users) in each used application. That's a pretty cool thing to have certain basic features working in the same way everywhere.
Unfortunately, uhe Maximize button in CKEditor is currently located somehow in the middle of the toolbar, which makes it hard for the user to use it and to quickly understand that such feature is in fact available.
It would be nice to not have it available as a button, but instead make it a part of the toolbar, e.g. just like the collapser in V3.

Personally I have nothing against maximize in toolbar. I even like it's there:)
Not everybody likes collapse and not everybody may like maximize there. I really would like to hear what others have to say about this before confirming.
How do you guys see it - Maximize next to collapse or in toolbar?
Definitely not there. Toolbar collapse is in the context of the... toolbar; mostly because of the position. Additionally it looks like a micro-toolbar-button. Therefore, we cannot mix maximize with toolbar collapse as it might suggest that toolbars can be detached, maximized and used autonomously.
Editor maximize is related to window UI (namely: dialog UI, that corresponds with common OS UI) and it should preserve an appropriate context. The right position for such button is in the upper-right corner of the editor, like a dialog close button.
In fact, what we have now (maximize withing a toolbar) is a misconception. Imagine, what if the maximize button for your web browser was next to "refresh" or "go back". Pretty awkward, wasn't it? ;)

Perhaps I should have written just written "in different place" instead of next to collapse :)
I have written that I got used maximize in toolbar but your picture looks pretty cool thus I will change my mind to why not.
Since @wwalc, me and you are now for this idea I'm confirming it. Thanks @a.nowadzinski.

I assume this will be installed only in CKE 4.x thus I'm setting 4 beta version.
