IE8 crash during using placeholder

Description
Scenario:
- open IE8
- open placeholder sample http://local.ckeditor.dev/plugins/placeholder/samples/placeholder.html
- select some text in editor, in example double click on "using",
- click on "Create Placeholder" button ,
- set placeholder text and press ok.
- wait for IE8 crash

Fixed in CKEditor 4.3.

Problem can be reproduced in IE8 only from CKEditor 4 beta (works fine in v3).
If you double-click on word next to link and change it into place holder it will work. To get this error you have to double-click on word that is next to other word.
