Which editor version do you use and what are exact steps to reproduce this problem.
I suspect you are using CKEditor ASP.NET 3.6.4 - is that correct?
Please go through the attachment and it is being used in php 5 and and ckeditor version is 3.6.9 and and it is in normal condition for just pressing enter key while creating message.

We don't have editor 3.6.9. Please check version number once more.
Perhaps you have meant 2.6.9?

No there isn't. Bugs for IE10 were fixed in 3.6.5 and 3.6.6. Updating is the only option.
This issue will not be continued.
