Underline + text background-color issue in inline mode.

Description
On setting text background color and then underlining a very long sentence from CKEditor's toolbar in inline mode, only few words from last are underlined and rest of the words is not underlined.

In the attachment the text encapsulated in block # 1 has very long sentence and it is underlined only so working fine. The text in block # 3 is longer than that in block # 2 and first I changed the background-color of the whole sentence and clicked underline icon from the toolbar, it only underlined few words from the last not the whole sentence while block # 2 is working fine.
