Menu Plugin not working

Description
Hi, We have downloaded menu_4.2 and paste it in the directory ckeditor/plugins/. And then we have added the following code
config.extraPlugins = 'menu'; in ckeditor/config.js. Yet the plugin not working. We can't see any menu.

- I don't understand why have you set version 3.6.6?
- Please use builder for that - http://ckeditor.com/builder. Plugins have requirements. Menu plugin requires floatpanel. Context menu plugin requires menu and this is the plugin that you should download. Builder takes care of this. All you have to do is use builder, and select context menu to your build.

so whatever plugins I require I select in the builder and it will automatically download all the plugins.
Or should I have to download one by one the plugins.

This isn't support but place for reporting bugs.
This isn't CKEditor bug. Please use builder - - http://ckeditor.com/builder - Instead of asking me please try selecting plugins you want and see what happens. If you are new to CKEditor please use one of predefined packages. I recommend FULL.
