Description
We need to use the latest version of JSDuck to make a good start towards enhanced http://docs.ckeditor.com
Note: There's 6.x beta which soon may become stable.

I pushed changes to t/11489 (ckeditor-dev) and t/11489 (ckeditor-docs).
Note that "the new JSDuck" can be installed next to "the old one". Check
gem environment(INSTALLATION DIRECTORY) and you'll find thatwill let you run any version you have.
