Hyperlink tool doesn't work with Internet Explorer

We're having this problem only with IE, none of the other browsers. The attached ck02.jpg shows how the link tool's popup looks in all other browsers, and it works fine.

But ck01.jpg shows its appearance in IE -- very different. Wouldn't matter, except it just doesn't work. You can type whatever you wish in the text areas, but the "ok" and "cancel" buttons are dead. So also is the "X" to close at upper right. You can't close the popup, and it leaves the page behind it disabled.

Any ideas? TIA.

To be able to reproduce this issue we need a sample on which it occurs. Please attach it and also, please checker latest version of CKEditor and give us more details regarding browser, CKEditor configuration, etc.

1. IE version
2. IE settings - is it in compatibility mode, has any non-standard configuration or does it have any third-party plugins that might influence this behaviour.
3. OS make and version
4. sample html page
5. information whether you have any third-party plugins used with editor or only standard ones?
6. information what configuration settings you have for CKEditor
7. information whether it works in our demo page?
