Paste as Plain text not stripping font html

1. regular paste, ctrl + V, some words from a website.

2. paste as plain text the same thing.

3. They should be different if the words have their own style, but it is not. The source page shows that they have the same style, font size, color and something else.

I cannot reproduce this issue on ​http://ckeditor.com/demo. Could you provide more details?

1. Your build config (build-config.js can be found in the package)
2. Your editor config.
3. Browser.
4. CKEditor version (if you use 4.0 which you set in the Version field of this ticket, please upgrade your CKEditor first - PS. Version means first version in which this issue is reproducible)
5. How do you test it precisely - we need to be able to reproduce issue to work on it.
