- Open http://nightly.ckeditor.com/14-05-28-06-06/standard/samples/replacebyclass.html
- Select some table cells.
- Open table cells properties dialog.
- See that there's no color buttons for background and border color fields.

It was a conscious decision. It's an optional plugin to make std preset a little bit smaller. Dialogs work correctly without it and if someone wants this feature, then he can built package with this plugin.
