Context menu removes selection highlighting in Inline editor

Description

In Chrome (tested with v35) opening the contextmenu in an inline editor visually removes the selection highlighting as mentioned in ticket #9625.

This is was not replicable with either Firefox (v31) or IE 11.

This is a duplicate (or rather sub-issue) of #9625. There's no easy and stable solution possible. The selectionmark plugin which I mentioned in #9625 is a possible workaround, but it wasn't good either.
