CK editor buttons were being overlapped in IE10

Description
HI,
I have used CKeditor version 4.2.2 and when the page loads in IE10 the ckeditor buttons were being overlapped. I need to use version 4.2.2 only cannot upgrade to the latest version due to some dependencies. Is there a way to fix this issue.

But this isn't default skin for CKEditor. What is more default skin works without problems in IE10.
What I see here is custom skin for CKEditor which means you have either modified editor skin or have used different skin (represented by set of CSS files).
The only way to have it fixed is having CSS files for this skin modified.
