Copy Paste from word document having bulet points is not working properly

Description
When I copy content from word document having bullet points, content comes with angle brackets. Please see below the editor content after copy paste. "Change Login Password" is coming with <>.
Word document is also attached for your reference. This problem is reproducible only in IE.
e.g. This application has the following modules:
•Login (Authentication through web service)
•< > Change Login Password
•Change Transaction Password
•Transfer Fund
•Transaction Details between dates
