So toolbar is closer to the toolbar editor.

So save the precious space it supposed to be a popup instead of an inline box.

We don't have time to code a popup now. If you can do this today, then ok. But we need to take the shortest path before Beta. You can also work on this after the Beta or when we'll be testing.

Changes in branch:t/13134 and in cksource/samples-framework#master. If floating toolbar will bi majorized, then this issue is not that critical.

  1. There's no margin below the box when it's collapsed.
  2. The "config.js" link has no hover styles.
  3. The font size of the instruction is too big.

But most importantly - the instruction there does not look good. You're right that after #13135 this will not be that critical, so perhaps it will be better to not touch it (or change it into a modal dialog one day).

So I'm postponing this ticket.
