Table "outline" and drag handles are at the wrong position if the table has a headline

Description
In Firefox 37, the drag handles for tables are at the wrong position when the table has a headline. When resizing the table, the outline is also shown at the wrong position. It seems the table headline is not accounted for when determining the top position.
To reproduce the issue, simply visit the demo page (http://ckeditor.com/demo) and click into the table titled "Mission crew".

This is an old Firefox bug and DUP of #12449. I tried to find a bug on bugzilla, but no luck. I'm pretty sure there was something, but perhaps it would be worth to report it again. Maybe then this issue (it's like 10 years old :D) would be fixed.
