Edit function sometimes shows empty textarea

Hi guys. one of my writers has encountered an issue, sometimes when he tries to edit a Latex function from the built in CkEditor functions the textarea appears empty so there is no way to edit except for the source...

does anyone know if there is some code I need to add to solve this? couldnt find anything online...

we are using CkEditor 4 with the latest angularjs plugin...

can someone help?

I'm sorry but this is just too little information.

Please provide:

1. Detailed description of what is happening exactly (Screen shots and screen casts are also welcome).
2. Version of the editor you use
3. CKEditor package you use (full, standard, basic or custom)
4. Browser (make and version) in which it happens.
5. Reduced HTML sample file(s) that can be put into default CKEditor samples folder and will show this issue.
