IE11 selectRanges -> nativeRange setStart indexSizeError

Description

I use the Ckeditor 4.5.1

test : IE11

typing the text : testTitle
typing the text : CTRL + Z
selectRanges -> nativeRange.setStart(range.startContainer.$, h.startOffest) : IndexSizeError

I have treid IE11 and 4.5.1. Nothing like that happend.

I have tried default full package (without any custom plugins), in BR mode standard P mode, with empty and non-empty content.

Please provide exact steps (with your configuration and more detailed description) to reproduce this issue.
