How to raise a duplicate ticket in CK Editor support?

Description
Steps to reproduce
Want to create a ticket which is already raise by some user.But want to raise it with some modification. But while raising the new ticket, it gives the "Internal Error:Nothing to Repeate".
How to fix this problem?

Browser: Internet Explorer
Operating System: Windows 7 Enterprise
CKEditor version: 4.5.4

Create new ticket - and start it with "This ticket is similar to link_to_ticket".
I haven't got any such issue when creating tickets so I'm not sure why this is happening. If you are using some older IE version, please try using Firefox or Chrome.
