Description
Steps to reproduce
- Open 'Image Properties' dialog
- Navigate to Lock Ratio check box which is selected
- Press spacebar to de-select it
Actual result
Lock Ratio is deselected and entire page scrolls down

Problem can be reproduced from CKEditor 3.0 in all browsers. This is especially annoying when having e.g. 3000 px high page and editor at the top.
