Description
Steps to reproduce
- Open nightly build
- Drag & drop the image from a wesbite ex: use this link http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/technology-35401668
Expected result
Image drag & drop works & it shows successfully in editor body.
Actual result
Image drag & drop not working, it just shows Image URL as plain text
This works in all browsers Firefox, Chrome etc

Problem can be reproduced from CKEditor 4.5.0 and has the same causes as issue no. #13569.
These are actually same tickets but talk about different features getting broken.
