Remove Format not working Properly

Description

Steps to reproduce

Click Strike Through Option
Enter Some text
Click Remove Format Option
Now Click Enter and Type some text
Strike Through Option is Selected again

Expected result

Strike Through Option should not get selected after Removing Formats

Actual result

Strike Through Option is Selected again and aprat from this option every other option is working fine

as you can see in the video, with out even removing the Heading font, the font is getting changed to normal.
